Apostle Dr. Aminata Taha Coulibaly

(04/04/1964 - 09/13/2025)

Apostle Dr. Coulibaly was a missionary and an ordained minister in the office of Apostleship and received her doctorate in theology from the Miracle Faith Apostolic Global Church in Florida and Love of God's Kingdom Outreach Ministries Inc. She has traveled and served in over 163 countries during her missionary outreach work.  Prior to being led to establish Love of God's Kingdom Outreach Ministries Inc/UMHFA, Apostle Dr. Coulibaly worked for the United Nations after completing her Doctorate degree in Law from Ivory Coast, West Africa and France. Apostle Dr. Coulibaly received her education between Maryland, her hometown, and in Paris. Apostle Dr. Coulibaly also went on to complete a Physician Assistant (PA) degree. As a Physician Assistant, she worked in MedStar Montgomery Medical Center in Maryland for 18 years. Apostle Dr. Coulibaly had over 7 years experiences serving as a Legal Advisor in Maryland for refugee and immigrant families. While in Maryland, Dr. Coulibaly also spent over 7 years mentoring at-risk high school students in an effort to help young people cultivate the life skills needed to transition them into responsible adults.  She received various accolades from community leaders and government agencies both locally and internationally for her innovative approach of meeting the pressing social and spiritual needs of the youth, families and underserved populations she served.

In 2008, Apostle Dr. Coulibaly was led to establish the ministry first in the State of Maryland working with underserved populations on community projects and then in 2013 establishing it in the State of Maine working with newly immigrant populations in the Lewiston-Auburn area to provide family centered services and community resources. In 2018 the focus was shifted to expanding services to serve all Mainer folks in need of access to community services in the Cumberland County area.

In 2020, Dr. Coulibaly founded Hope For All Community Services LLC with the commitment of supporting individuals and families navigating both the healthcare and mental health system. Dr. Coulibaly has had first- hand experience navigating the complex U.S mental health and healthcare system and through that experience she developed a deep compassion for those struggling with not only recovery, but the cycle of stigma associated with mental health.

Apostle Dr. Coulibaly and Pastor Taha were both fluent in French and served as cultural brokers and diverse roles in projects that promoted cultural sensitivity in program development and evaluations.

Together they had 9 children, and 10 grandkids.

We so blessed and thankful for the impact that both Apostle Dr. Coulibaly and Pastor Taha have had in the lives of so many.

Our hope is to continue in their legacy of walking in the love of God as we continue to serve at the home front and abroad.
