Pastor Felix Taha - (Board of Director)

Pastor Taha is an ordained non-denominational Christian Minister and Counselor of Love of God's Kingdom Outreach Ministries (LOGKOM). Pastor Taha has a Masters degree in French from the University of Abijian from Ivory Coast, West Africa. He is passionate about helping young people achieve their full potential in life and helping the elderly population achieve independent living as he has over 15 years experience serving the elderly community in independent living establishments.

Dr. Aminata Taha Coulibaly  - (Owner/Executive Director)

Dr. Taha is a missionary and an ordained Apostle of LOGKOM and received her doctorate in theology from the Miracle Faith Apostolic Global Church in Florida. She has traveled and served over 163 countries during her missionary outreach work.  Prior to committing to ministry work, Apostle Dr. Taha completed her Doctorate degree in Law in Ivory Coast and France as well as a Physician Assistant (PA) degree. As a Physician Assistant, she worked in MedStar Montgomery Medical Center in Maryland for 18 years. Dr. Taha has over 7 years experiences serving as a Legal Advisor in Maryland for refugee and immigrant families. While in Maryland, Apostle Dr. Taha also spent 7 years in mentoring at-risk high school students in an effort to help young people cultivate the life skills needed to transition them into responsible adults. Dr. Taha received her education between Maryland and Paris. She has received various accolades from community leaders and government agencies for her innovative approach of meeting the pressing social and spiritual needs of the youth, refugee and immigrant populations she serves. Dr. Taha and Pastor Taha are both fluent in French and have served as cultural brokers and diverse roles in projects that promote cultural sensitivity in program development and evaluations. Together have 10 grown children, a toddler who was recently adopted into the family and 8 grandkids.  

 

Patience O. Ameyaw - (Administrator)

Ms. Patience Ameyaw serves on the board of directors. She is a public health consultant and Peace Corps/Response volunteer who served in both Togo and Senegal, West Africa. She has also served in Jamaica and Montreal with volunteer led NGOs on public health and education projects as well as having worked with Maine Families, New York Medical College, Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Program Reach Inc and Global Business Coalition on HIV/AIDS. Patience has a BA in International Studies with concentrations in Economics and African Studies. She holds a Master's in Public Health (MPH) with specialization in Epidemiology and a certificate in Behavioral Science and Health Promotion. She has a background in youth development, community health, and education. Patience's experiences are in the areas of management, coordination and administration of sustainable projects, of institutional policy and organization, and communication of a range of social and health concerns pertaining to underserved communities. She is fluent in Italian, Spanish, French and local languages and is passionate about empowering individuals and communities around the world. 

 

Yedidah Gifty Ameyaw - (Community Resource Center, Coordinator)

Ms. Yedidah Ameyaw volunteers her time providing case management as well as supporting activities run at the resource center. She holds a BA in Sociology, graduating with honors with a minor in Criminal Justice from State University of New York (SUNY), Albany. Yedidiah has a certificate in Drug and Alcohol Recovery Counselor from Gateway Community College, CT and pursuing her Masters in Social Work. Yedidiah's passion is youth empowerment and missions work. She was a volunteer at Operations Crossroads in Impendle, South Africa focusing in community development projects specifically agriculture and education. Yedidah was also involved in UMHFA missionary trip to Yopougon Ivory Coast, West Africa in 2013. Yedidah has extensive experience in working with adults living with serious mental health conditions and substance use disorder and has also served young adults with behavioral and emotional/intellectual challenges through her work with Marrakech inc. Yedidah is fluent in Italian; conversant in Spanish, French and local language.

Agnes Donkor –  (Community Outreach, Coordinator)

Ms Donkor is an ordained Minister of Love of God’s Kingdom Outreach Ministries (LOGKOM). By profession she is a nurse and received her nursing training in Ghana, West Africa. Ms. Donkor has worked in skilled senior homes and provided direct care services to elderly patients with disabilities. She is passionate about missions work, and is the leading organizer of our homeless outreach activities in CTShe is also the mother of three grown women.

Victoria Taha – (Office Secretary)

Vickie volunteers her time with UMHFA and with other community led projects. She is passionate about social justice and human rights. Vickie is actively involved in her community especially in the area of youth empowerment and engagement.

 

 

Kader Coulibaly –  (Missions Outreach Manager)

The Global Missions Outreach Manager overseas our missionary projects abroad. Mr. Coulibaly directs implementation of priorities and areas of our missions focused projects within our overseas branches. Mr. Coulibaly's areas of expertise is building strategic partnerships and he is passionate about missions work, leadership building and training. Mr. Coulibaly has a degree in Computer Science from Maryland and is fluent in French. He currently resides in West Africa with his beautiful wife.
